As Senior Manager, Key Accounts, you’ll turn strategy and insight into action that moves the numbers, shaping how we show up in priority sectors and driving commercial results through clear direction, sharp sales discipline and a team that performs at its best.
You’ll lead a group of National and Regional Account Managers who look to you for pace, clarity and drive. Together, you’ll deliver sustainable revenue growth, stronger profitability and long‑term customer loyalty, all while building a high‑quality pipeline of new opportunities. This is your chance to create a performance‑led culture built on coaching, accountability and empowerment, where people feel supported to push further and proud of what they deliver.
And because you operate at a senior level, your influence extends beyond the team. You’ll bring the voice of Key Accounts into the wider B2B agenda, shaping decisions, priorities and programmes that make it easier for your sector, and the business to win.
