Trainee Bus Driver
Pay Rate: £13.25 - £15.85 per hour

Pay Structure
* Weekdays: £13.25 for the first 12 months, £13.55 between 12-24 months, and then £15.40 per hour
* Weekends: £13.70 for the first 12 months, £14.00 between 12-24 months, and then £15.85 per hour
* Bank Holidays: £30 bonus paid per shift

Working Hours
Enjoy a rotating shift pattern of 5 days in 7, with schedules published 6-8 weeks in advance for easy planning:
* Mornings starting from 04:00
* Afternoons starting from 12:00
* Evenings starting from 18:00
Note: Fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts are not available. Overtime is available upon request and based on availability.
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years of age
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* Must pass a drug and alcohol test before assessment
* Pass an English comprehension test
* Excellent people skills
* Flexibility for early starts (as early as 4AM) and late finishes (no later than 1AM)
