Taskmaster Resources currently have an excellent opportunity for experienced Administrator to join our client in the Sheffield S9 area. Daily Duties will include: Dealing with suppliers Inputting Supplier Invoices and checking statements Making payments Printing Couriers labels Comparing Invoices to Delivery notes and Purchase orders The Ideal Candidate will : Have previous administration experience Be a strong communicator (both verbal and written) Have excellent attention to detail for important administrative tasks Have proficient written numerical and PC skills particularly Excel and Word Be organized and have the ability to multi-task Your working hours will be 08:00 -16:00, Monday to Friday.
