This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst role where youll sit at the heart of a fast-evolving finance function, playing a key role in system change, senior stakeholder partnering and high-impact financial reporting. Joining a well-established Commercial team during a period of significant transformation, youll be exposed to: New system testing and development, helping shape how future reporting, forecasting and analysis is delivered Senior-level business partnering, working closely with finance leaders and regional stakeholders High-quality Excel-based reporting, producing insightful, decision-focused analysis for leadership and board-level audiences Mid and longterm forecasting whilst translating the organisations strategic goals into actionable plans and insight. This is not a back-office reporting role. Its about influence, insight and progression. Key Responsibilities Deliver robust, timely consolidated reporting, forecasts and budgets across a complex group structure Play an active role in system testing, development and process improvement, supporting a finance function in transition Provide clear, insightful analysis explaining performance, movements and trends Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, regional teams and finance controllers Support the preparation of high-quality board and leadership packs Use advanced Excel capability to model, analyse and present financial data effectively Coach and support junior analysts, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team About You Background in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Financial Analysis, ideally within a large, matrixed or international business Strong Excel skills with the confidence to work with complex data and models Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, change-led environment Confident at engaging with senior stakeholders and explaining financial insight clearly Ambitious, curious and keen to develop into a broader senior finance role Why This Role?
