Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8:45am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am – 4:15pm
Salary: £33,468 – £34,399 per year

Role Overview
An experienced professional will join the Clydesdale Team within Housing Services. As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide housing services related to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and anti‑social behaviour
* Apply current legislation and best practice when managing housing issues
* Use excellent IT skills to organise and prioritise workload, respond and adapt to changing priorities
* Communicate effectively with customers and liaise with a range of agencies
* Meet the five specific behaviours framework: Efficient, Flexible, Leading, Working with Others, Performing
Qualifications
* Experience working within a housing related environment
* Knowledge of homelessness legislation, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and anti‑social behaviour
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
* Proficiency in IT systems required for the role
