Duties

* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
* Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully before serving to guests.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong culinary skills with an understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Previous experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable.

Pay: £17.00-£18.00 per hour
