The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with clients, internal creative teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure campaigns deliver measurable results and exceed client expectations.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical delivery, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients.
* Manage campaigns across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Content and Analytics.
* Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI.
* Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations to clients.
* Work collaboratively with creative, content and account management teams.
* Identify opportunities for campaign growth and innovation.
* Stay ahead of digital trends, platform developments and industry best practice.
* Support new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
About You
* Previous experience working within a marketing agency environment is essential.
* Proven experience managing digital campaigns across the full digital channel mix.
* Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Analytics.
* Confident using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and related digital tools.
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Commercially aware with a passion for delivering exceptional client results.
