Job Responsibilities:
1. Encourage and support all aspects of children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
2. Ensure the setting delivers high-quality services to children and families.
3. Undertake a proactive key person role, building positive relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to support each child's individual needs.
4. Implement all policies and procedures within the setting.
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment that is nurturing for children.
6. Contribute to planning and delivering programs that support children's learning and development.
7. Prepare healthy and nutritious foods, promoting children's independence.
8. Build a portfolio of assessments to track children's progress according to the EYFS requirements.
9. Access training updates and participate in regular staff meetings.
