SCG Together is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Field Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and fault resolution across customer locations. The successful candidate will represent SCG professionally while delivering high-quality technical service.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support, diagnostics, and fault resolution for customer systems and equipment
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure
Respond to service requests and incidents
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating where necessary
Carry out preventative maintenance and system health checks
Accurately document work completed, including reports and service notes
Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication
