The role
is for you if
1. Must possess a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international or legal professional qualification. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
2. Extensive experience leading teams on PE transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling
3. Strong knowledge of indirect taxes, transfer pricing, management taxes, and international tax principles
4. Proven track record of building and maintaining internal and external networks across the UK and overseas
5. Excellent communication skills, with expertise in negotiation and influencing stakeholders
6. Inquisitive problem-solver with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams
7. Skilled at applying tax technical knowledge and insights in fast-paced commercial environments
8. Demonstrated success in winning client engagements and developing new business relationships
