This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of dedicated Quality Engineers within a modern, high-precision manufacturing environment focused on excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.Quality Team LeaderPermanentHighly Competitive Salary + 12.5% Bonus + Excellent BenefitsMonday to Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pmCoventryQuality Team LeaderJob Description • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Engineers and apprentices, promoting a culture of quality excellence.• Ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards (AS9100, AS13100, Part 21).• Support and manage internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely resolution of findings.• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using tools such as 8D, A3, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa.• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.• Champion continuous improvement activities, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Zero Defects initiatives.• Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics to drive improvement and ensure compliance.Quality Team LeaderEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications • Experience in a manufacturing environment, Aerospace is preferred• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams within a quality function.• Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, and regulatory frameworks such as Part 21.Quality Team LeaderCompany Benefits • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus (12.5%).• Pension scheme with up to 10% company contribution.• Free on-site parking.• Subsidised on-site restaurant and catering facilities.• Health & Wellbeing Programme.• Employee discount scheme.• Excellent career development opportunities within a global engineering organisation.
