We work with charities, social housing providers, and education providers.We are seeking an ambitious Senior Audit Manager with a passion for the not-for-profit sector to join our award-winning team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-profile portfolio of clients, including charities, social housing providers, and education organizations, many of which are top 100 charities or household names. The position is based in London, with flexible or part-time working arrangements available.The role involves collaborating with experienced partners in a dynamic environment, managing a variety of projects, and developing your career within the firm.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate teams and manage projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.Manage a portfolio of external audit clients, maintaining strong relationships.Lead audit teams, ensuring work is completed within budget and deadlines.Serve as the main contact for clients, providing proactive service.Work efficiently under tight deadlines, organizing your schedule.Prepare and present reports to senior management and audit committees.Coach and mentor audit team members.Engage in business development activities and network building.Participate in proposals and presentations for new work.Potentially provide wider assurance services.Contribute to team and firm-wide activities and training.Technical Skills, Experience & KnowledgeQualified ACA, ICAS, ACCA, or equivalent.Proficient in Excel and Word.Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.Experience with audits in the non-profit sector.Excellent people management skills to support and mentor colleagues.Why choose Crowe?We prioritize our people by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and friendly culture.
