Sales Administrator – SCCU Group
Location: Leicester, LE1
Salary: £24,500 + Bonuses (£250-£350 per month)
Contract Type: Full time – Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm
Overview
Due to growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic and successful client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and servicing the needs of existing client accounts and ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner. Responsibilities
* Create and send sales invoices and purchase orders.
* Review PDF proofs from suppliers to ensure accuracy before sending to clients for approval.
* Provide clients with order updates and tracking information.
* Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers to resolve queries.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, approvals, and payments.
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and general ad‑hoc administration to internal teams.
* Prepare and issue VAT invoices.
* Update CRM system with accurate order information.
Candidate
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Previous admin or sales support/sales administrator experience preferred.
* A problem‑solving approach to work.
* The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria
* Must be 19 +.
* Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.
* Not currently in education.
* Currently unemployed or in receipt of low wages (under £25,750).
