Job Description:
We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Assistant to support the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will provide essential admin support across the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the recruitment team with general administrative tasks
Posting job adverts and managing candidate responses
Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
Assisting with offer paperwork and pre-employment checks
Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases
Skills & Experience:
Previous administrative experience (recruitment experience desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using MS Office and recruitment systems
