Job Role; Overheads Ledger Assistant (Purchase Ledger)
With our Client we are looking to appoint an Overheads Ledger Assistant (Purchase Ledger) to join our Client - ASAP - the role will be offered on a Temp to Perm basis.
THE ROLE OF THE OVERHEADS LEDGER ASSISTANT;
* Daily Data Input of Invoices
* Coding Invoices to Ledgers (training will, be given)
* Match / Batch Invoices
* Reconcile Supplier Statements- again training will be given!!
* Assist with Query Management
* General Office Admin
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE OVERHEADS LEDGER ASSISTANT;
* Weekly Pay - your hourly rate will be c £11.00 - £12.00 per hour - YOU WILL ALSO GET PAID HOLIDAYS - which will be c another £1.25 per hour
* Permanent Salary of c £25,000 if successful
