Residential Property Conveyancer – Henley-on-Thames Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive • 2 Years’ Experience • Career Progression • Competitive Salary • Hybrid working A well-established and forward-thinking private practice law firm in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its busy and reputable Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or part/full qualified Legal Executive with 2 years’ fee-earning experience to handle a broad residential caseload and grow within a supportive, progressive firm. The Role: You will independently manage a varied and busy residential property caseload including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and refinancing Equity release mortgages Transfers of equity and ownership Leasehold enfranchisement, extensions and right to manage Residential landlord disputes Title investigation and property advice including rights-of-way and restrictive covenants Previous leasehold experience would be beneficial but is not essential. ✅ What You’ll Need: Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential conveyancing experience Ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction to post-completion Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills A can-do, proactive approach and strong commercial awareness Experience with case management systems (CMS) and digital conveyancing tools What’s on Offer?
