What You’ll Do
As a Patient Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients—creating a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Greeting patients with enthusiasm and professionalism
* Checking patients in and out efficiently
* Answering phones with a friendly, can-do attitude
* Scheduling and confirming appointments
* Verifying dental insurance and benefits
* Assisting with billing questions and patient account management
* Organizing and filing office documentation
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail
* Supporting clinical staff with patient flow coordination
* Maintaining a clean and organized front office and reception area
* Participating in community marketing events
* Performing additional administrative duties as needed

What Qualifications You Bring
