What We Offer
* Flexible Zero-Hours Contract – Work around your lifestyle and commitments

* £13.40 per hour (weekdays)
* £14.40 per hour (weekends)
* Double pay on Bank Holidays
* Guaranteed Hours After Probation – Once probation is successfully completed, we can guarantee up to 50% of your committed weekly hours

What We’re Looking For
* Compassionate, reliable individuals with a genuine passion for care
* Commitment to regular working hours (e.g. 10, 20, or 30 hours per week), based on availability and customer needs
* Flexibility to work within agreed timeframes
* Availability to work alternate weekends is required to ensure consistency of care for clients
Essential Requirements
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* Successful completion of probation to unlock guaranteed hours
* A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
* Right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship or switching)

We are looking for candidates who live within or close to our service areas to ensure timely and reliable care delivery.
