Responsibilities
* Coaching and developing your team to achieve high performance
* Embedding a “right first time” approach to operational delivery
* Driving commercial results through improved client engagement and sales conversion
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Acting as a visible ambassador in the community, building relationships and raising brand awareness
Requirements
* Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
* A track record of delivering operational excellence and hitting key performance metrics
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Passion for community engagement and building local presence
* Experience of working in a Professional Services/Legal/Financial background
