You’ll be working on a variety of exciting, cutting-edge projects — taking concepts through schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and support for manufacture.\n\nThis is a full-lifecycle electronics role where you'll develop real products used by professionals in live environments.
We’re a small team, so you’ll have real ownership, fast learning opportunities, and support from experienced engineers.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Design and develop electronics for new products from concept to manufacture\n\n * Create and maintain schematics and PCB layouts using EDA tools (e.g. OrCAD, Altium)\n\n * Build and test prototypes; troubleshoot and resolve design or performance issues\n\n * Support the manufacturing team with production test/debug\n\n * Contribute to design reviews and help improve tools and workflows\n\n * Engage in R&D discussions and propose creative technical solutions\n\nEssential Skills & Experience\n\n * A degree in Electronics Engineering (2:1 or higher) or equivalent hands-on experience\n\n * Familiarity with circuit design and PCB layout using industry-standard EDA tools\n\n * Practical lab skills — soldering, testing, using oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.\n\n * A problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail\n\n * Good verbal and written communication skills\n\nDesirable Extras\n\n * 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in electronics design\n\n * Experience taking designs through the full product lifecycle\n\n * Knowledge of design for manufacture and test\n\n * Exposure to production environments or supporting hardware in the field\n\n * An interest in entertainment tech or embedded systems\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\n * Join a supportive, flexible and highly collaborative team\n\n * Work on real products that make a visible impact\n\n * Develop your career in a growing, employee-owned business\n\n * Be part of a company committed to sustainability and people-first values\n\n * Hybrid working (3 days on-site) with a relaxed, friendly office in West London
