Administration Assistant – Reporting to Office Manager and Director of Horticulture
To provide administrative duties which contribute to the smooth running of the office.
· Experience within an administration role.
· Be able to multitask and have good time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels calmly when under pressure.
· Must be computer literate and competent using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Excellent attention to detail
· Friendly, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
· Point of contact for the horticultural office, including taking enquiries and answering the telephone
· Accounting procedures (Quickbooks) - Training provided
· Assisting in the maintenance of ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditation – Training will be provided
· Liaising with our client contracts, including regular reporting and updates
· Quotes for new and existing clients
· Maintenance of company handbooks, policies and procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
· Assisting with Vehicle Management
· Management of online address book system (CRM)
· Stock control and procurement
· Record Keeping i.e., sickness and holidays.
· Ensuring that all training is up to date.
· General document control and filling.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
