<div><p><b>Salary:</b> Grade 4 - £25,989 - £26,403 Pro rata</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>Come and take a key role in the first All Age VA Learning Resource Centre in our successful, inclusive school in one of the most beautiful settings in Wales.</p><p>Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi VA is a 3-16 Church in Wales school that serves the historic city of St. Davids and its surrounding areas. Based in the picturesque Pembrokeshire National Park, the school provides a caring, inclusive and welcoming environment where all stakeholders are proud of the Christian and community ethos.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Work one-to-one with a pupil who has an Individual Development Plan (IDP).</li><li>Collaborate with Lead Teachers and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support the primary and secondary LRC.</li><li>Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and help ensure best practice across the school provision.</li><li>Contribute to a safe and protected environment for all children, in line with safeguarding and child protection policies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working in primary or secondary settings.</li><li>Willingness to work on occasions across the 3-16 age range.</li><li>Passion for working with pupils with ALN.</li><li>Possibility to hold or obtain a valid DBS disclosure.</li></ul><h3>Employment Requirements</h3><p>Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
