We are looking for dynamic, innovative and hands-on Care coordinator. The duties will include the following:
Carrying out visits to client's homes, hospitals/care and nursing homes to carry out client assessments
Monitoring and maintaining real-time CRM call rostering and medication alert database.
Start-up of new packages of care with ongoing monitoring and review
Rostering
File auditing and KPI monitoring
Care worker spot checks, supervisions and appraisals
Recruit, select and effectively supervise staff teams
To make sure all provision is inline with CQC regulation
Actively participate in the growth and development of the business
Deputising for the Registered Manager
Hands-on care
On-call responsibilities
Requirements:
Full UK driving license
Preferably have QCF level 5/Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
2 years domiciliary care experience
2 years supervisor/ management experience
Experience:
Domiciliary care: 2 years (required)
Driving License (required)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Carer role located in the West Midlands. The Carer will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Duties include helping with personal care, preparing meals, administering medication, and fostering a safe and supportive environment. The role may also involve accompanying individuals to appointments and social activities while maintaining detailed care records.

* Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support
* Experience in personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
* Ability to maintain detailed care records and manage appointments
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Relevant certifications in caregiving or healthcare is a plus
* Knowledge of cultural, social, and religious sensitivities of BAME communities is an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
