We are excited to be partnering with a company within the arts and entertainment industry looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
An excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive EA to work closely with senior executives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while acting as a trusted support partner to leadership.
The Role
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex diary management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling
* Anticipate priorities and proactively resolve issues before they arise
* Prepare executives for meetings, events, and key business activities
* Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Daily management and prioritisation of inboxes and correspondence
* Flag urgent matters, draft responses where appropriate, and ensure timely follow-up on action points
* Maintain organised systems for communications and document management
* Coordinate with teams across the business to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
* Monitor communication workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
* Support wider business administration as required
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives in a similar role (ideally arts, entertainment, media, events, or other fast-paced commercial environments)
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion
* Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under pressure
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, Zoom, or similar platforms
