We’re looking for Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants
We’re on the lookout for driven 360 Recruiters with a proven track record of winning and retaining new business across the UK, Europe and the US. You’ll have the confidence to build lasting client relationships, deliver an exceptional candidate experience and the ambition to grow your career in a fast‑moving, high‑growth market.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record of developing new business, winning clients and driving revenue growth within agency recruitment (ideally in the Tech or Professional Services market)
* Strong billing history with consistent success in both client acquisition and account expansion
* Excellent client and candidate control skilled at influencing, negotiating and delivering high‑value outcomes
* A natural relationship‑builder with standout communication skills, confident engaging at all levels from hiring managers to C‑suite
Highly organised and commercially minded, able to manage a busy desk and prioritise effectively
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
* A team player who contributes to collective success while owning and driving individual performance
