Scope of the Job: This is a full-time permanent position as a Quality Auditor for support provided by SeeAbility to individuals in their homes and in care homes. Your main role is to assess whether the support meets the expected standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
The Role: A Lead Quality Auditor conducts internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Responsibilities include planning and conducting audits, analyzing data, and preparing reports evidencing conformance or non-conformance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Compliance and quality auditing of services provided to individuals in care homes and private residences
* Conducting desktop assessments and home visits
* Reviewing and developing auditing processes
* Supporting managers and teams to improve quality
* Assisting with CQC registrations and investigations
* Contributing to policy review and training development

What You Will Bring & Personal Characteristics: Ideally, experience in delivering high-quality support to individuals with autism or learning disabilities, knowledge of relevant legislation (Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, Mental Capacity Act), familiarity with CQC frameworks, excellent reporting, administrative, and interpersonal skills, and a flexible, proactive attitude.
