Purpose of the role:
Organize/book accommodation and transport for all Wizz Air crew members. Assistance to / cooperate with Operations Planning Department by managing the staff’s logistics.

Responsibilities:
* Assistance to Flight and Cabin Operations invoice processing administration
* Accommodation booking / transport booking / conference and training room booking for both flight and cabin crew members and finding the most economical and best solution for the company
* Cooperation with other stakeholders to process crew related booking of accommodation and transportation
* Cooperation with the transport providers (all Wizz Air UK locations)
* Ensuring staff receives required accommodation and transport
* Collecting information and up-date the staff logistics system
* Ensuring accurate cost allocation records
* Develop and maintain accurate reporting on crew accommodation and travel costs
Skills and competencies:
* Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work to deadlines and pay attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong ability to work flexibly - managing changing and competing priorities and absorbing new information rapidly to address complex issues
* Detail oriented approach to work;
* Flexibility, ability to react quickly to the operational needs;
* Commitment to deliver quality work.
* Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
Requirements:
* Experience in logistics is an advantage
* Experience in processing invoices and controlling costs
* College/university degree.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
