Day-to-Day Duties
1. Support the Customer Service Advisor team
2. Report on learnings from complaints to minimise re-occurrence and improve customer experience
3. Carry out root cause analysis on complex complaints to identify and implement effective solutions
4. Ensure all decisions comply with company policies and procedures
5. Collaborate with internal teams to support timely complaint resolution
6. Identify process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
7. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management
