Cover Supply Teacher - Secondary - Grays - Start ASAP
Prospero Teaching are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supply Teacher to support a friendly and well-organised secondary school in Grays. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
The school is looking for a professional with strong behaviour management, a calm presence, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
CONTRACT DETAILS
* Location - Grays
* Position - Cover Supply Teacher (Secondary)
* Type of work - General classroom cover across KS3/KS4
* Start date - ASAP
* Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
* Full time/part-time - Full time
* Minimum rate of pay - From £125 per day
* Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30/4:00 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
* QTS or relevant teaching experience
* Recent experience in a UK secondary school (supply experience welcomed)
* Up-to-date safeguarding training (desirable)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
* Provide two professional child-related references
