Niyaa People are delighted to be working alongside a Tier 1 contractor, to source a Commercial Project Surveyoron a permanent basis in theWest Midlands.You will be part of a new team managing a Repairs & Maintenance contract for one of their housing clients.

Commercial Project Surveyor duties:
* Lead on pre and post contract strategy, ensuring commercial processes run smoothly and deliver maximum value
* Managing subcontract procurement, measurement, valuation and contractual processes
* Supporting strong Health & Safety standards through regular reviews and compliance checks
* Leading valuations, cashflow management and monthly reporting (CVRs, procurement & progress updates)
* Working closely with project teams to optimise procurement, production, and commercial outcomes
* Supporting and developing commercial team capability and performance
Commercial Project Surveyor requirements:
* Knowledge of construction methods, measurement & valuation
* Experience with subcontract procurement and xsngvjr NEC contracts (preferred)
* Strong commercial and financial skills, with the ability to drive cost control and value recovery
* Confidence building relationships across clients, PQS, design teams and supply chain
* A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
