The successful applicant will be responsible for: Contacting new owners and completing our Aftersales Survey. Recording and monitoring aftersales queries. Updating relevant excel spreadsheets. Communicating with parks after surveys have been completed. Assisting with incoming queries from owners. The successful candidate will have: Previous knowledge of holiday parks would be an advantage. Good attention to detail, analytical, and multitasking skills. Good Numeracy Skills and attention to detail. Good PC skills including knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail.
