Leading design studio within the luxury sector is about to start on exciting hotel project in New York and requires strong Revit designers to join the studio and project team.
Position
This is a unique opportunity for a Revit Technician or Revit-based Interior Architect to join a highly regarded design studio on a luxury hotel project in New York.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a Revit-based project within a studio that is traditionally AutoCAD-led, contributing to the setup and production of drawing packages from early stages through to delivery.
Working as part of a dedicated Revit team, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality technical drawings, supporting the development of templates, families and workflows, and ensuring consistency across project output.
This is a hands-on production role, focused on delivery, coordination and maintaining technical standards within a live project environment.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Technician or Interior Architect with strong Revit skills and experience working on design-led interior or architectural projects.
* Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience producing drawing packages and working within established templates and standards
* Experience working on hospitality or high-end residential projects would be beneficial
* Ability to translate design intent into accurate, coordinated technical drawings
* Experience working from AutoCAD or SketchUp information into Revit models
* Good understanding of interior architecture and FF&E packages
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across drawing output
* Experience coordinating with wider teams, including designers and external consultants
* Collaborative and proactive, able to work as part of a wider Revit team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with clear deadlines
