Fixed term contract for 18 months
A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Learning & Development Officer within the Human Resources Team. We are a busy, vibrant and multi-faceted team within the Resources Directorate with great working relationships across all areas of the Trust and Partnerships.
This is a hands-on role with a core element being the design and delivery of leadership workshops for managers at all levels of the Trust. Experience in hosting workshops and working in a flexible and adaptive manner is essential.
Further aspects of this role include: -
* Supporting SLT members with team events – away days etc
* Identification of training needs and proposal of most effective initiatives
* Facilitating Leadership Hub events
* Supporting a coaching culture within the Trust
* Providing guidance and advice on individual and team development opportunities
About you:
* You will have experience of developing and delivering middle / senior management development workshops
* Able to ‘think on your feet’
* Engaging presentation style – demonstrate connection with the audience
* Ability to interpret feedback to improve existing materials and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.
Please note, that a background in children’s social care is not essential
