This role will lead the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. This role is critical in driving innovation, ensuring compliance with public sector regulations, and delivering value for money. The successful person must have experience of Pubilic or Utility Sector Procurement regulations, experience as a procurement leader and deriving transformation and change. Ultimately developing a best in class Procurement Service. This role can be based in Warwick or Wokingham, and offers hybrid working 1-2 days a week in office.
