An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing business within the catering equipment sector.
This is a field-based role focused on developing business across the South West region, managing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities across dealer, distributor, and end-user channels.

The Role
1. Managing and growing an established customer base across your territory
2. Developing new business opportunities within the foodservice, hospitality, retail, and catering sectors
3. Working closely with dealers, distributors, consultants, and end users
4. Promoting a broad portfolio of commercial catering equipment solutions
5. Building long-term customer relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth
6. Conducting regular customer visits and maintaining a strong presence in the market
7. Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM systems
8. Delivering consultative sales support and tailored equipment solutions to customers
About You
9. Proven experience in a field-based sales role within catering equipment, foodservice equipment, hospitality, or a related sector
10. Strong business development and account management skills
11. Experience working with distributor and dealer networks
12. The confidence to engage with a wide variety of customers, from independents to multi-site operators
13. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine "hunter" mentality
14. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
15. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
