So, you’re a natural leader ready to keep our store running smoothly? This role could be perfect for you. As a Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decision for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. We’ll support your development to grow your people management skills and help you get the best out of yourself.

Required experience
* Experience of managing a fast-paced retail store
* Experience with coaching and developing teams
* Adherence to employment law and HR guidelines
* Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
* Self-driven with the ability to deliver through teams

You’ll need previous people management experience, good communication, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability, and strong work ethic. Ideally, prior experience in an optics business, but not required.
