Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments to support families affected by substance misuse and develop tailored care plans
* Lead in statutory cases involving child protection, care proceedings, and looked-after children
* Facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration for comprehensive safeguarding
* Provide intensive intervention and support to families to reduce harm and promote healthy environments
* Coordinate with agencies to deliver targeted support and resources for child welfare
* Prepare and present reports for court proceedings, ensuring children's best interests are represented
