The FTSU and Safeguarding Team Administrator will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to both the Freedom to Speak Up and Safeguarding teams, ensuring the effective delivery of activities and functions aligned with the Trust’s commitment to promoting a speaking up culture and safeguarding best practices.
The post holder will support the day-to-day operations of the teams, contributing to the delivery of services that uphold staff wellbeing, psychological safety, and the protection of patients and colleagues across the organisation.
* Taking and preparing accurate and comprehensive minutes for meetings, including some highly sensitive meetings.
* Dealing with contentious and sensitive material arising from Trust-wide meetings.
* Coordinating social media activities in collaboration with the Trust Communications Team.
* Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure arrangements for Teams C, inductions, and University Workshops are in place.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally (e.g., local authorities and safeguarding subgroups of AACE).
* Managing team spreadsheets independently.
* Completing the Trust’s mandatory training requirements for the role.
* Promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement across the Trust and fostering best practices in patient care.
* Providing administrative support for the Trust’s safeguarding training programs.

Note: Other than in exceptional circumstances, the starting salary for new NHS staff will be at the bottom point of the appointed band.
