We are currently supporting a large UK financial services organisation with a project within their collections function, and we’re looking to speak with experienced Collections Agents who can join at short notice.

2 days office based required.
This is a high-volume contact centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound collections activity with customers in arrears on motor finance agreements.
Role Overview
* Managing inbound and outbound collections calls with customers in arrears
* Discussing repayment options, payment plans, and customer circumstances
* Working within a dialler-driven environment with call and performance targets
* Ensuring all conversations are handled in line with regulatory and compliance standards
Key Experience Required
* Experience working in a high-volume call centre / dialler environment within collections.
* Strong understanding of regulated collections processes
* Ability to manage challenging conversations with customers in arrears
This is a great opportunity for contractors who are comfortable working in a structured contact centre environment and can hit the ground running on a busy collections project.
