Google PPC Manager

Reporting to: Head of Growth

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Hybrid – Old Street / WFH

We create science-backed supplements designed to improve healthspan—not just lifespan—by targeting the root causes of aging. Our CEO is a former medical doctor who left clinical practice after seeing first-hand that most chronic disease is preventable.

In just over two years, we’ve reached global scale with the USA as our primary market. We have strong product-market fit, a premium brand, and a high-intent customer base.

We are now scaling aggressively—and paid search is a key part of that growth.


The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Google PPC Manager who understands that running ads is the easy part.

The real job is building funnels that convert and scaling them profitably.

This role is for someone who:

* Doesn’t just manage campaigns—they build growth systems
* Understands that Google Ads performance is driven by the funnel, not just the account
* Is obsessed with testing, iteration, and speed

If you’re looking for a role where you just “optimise bids and budgets,” this isn’t it.


What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Execution & Scaling

* Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Own performance across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
* Continuously optimise for efficiency while scaling spend
* Structure campaigns in a way that supports testing and rapid iteration


Funnel & Landing Page Ownership

A click means nothing if it doesn’t convert.

* Build and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates
* Work across different funnel types:
* Standard PDP / product pages
* Advertorial funnels
* Direct response landing pages
* Understand when and how to deploy each based on intent and traffic type
* Run continuous A/B tests across headlines, structure, and offers
* You will have support from the eCommerce Manager, CMO, and Performance Creative Strategist—but the expectation is that you can independently manage, build, and optimise funnels yourself, making rapid tweaks and improvements without relying on others for execution.


Relentless Experimentation

* Constantly test new ad angles, messaging, and campaign structures
* Experiment with different funnel approaches (not just ads)
* Launch tests quickly and iterate based on data
* Treat every campaign as a live experiment


Data-Driven Execution

* Monitor performance daily and act fast
* Kill underperforming campaigns quickly
* Aggressively scale what’s working
* Use data to identify bottlenecks across the funnel—not just within the ad account


Speed & Output

* Turn ideas into live campaigns fast
* Prioritise execution over over-analysis
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed matters
* Maintain high output without sacrificing quality


What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads (eCommerce preferred)
* Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
* Experience working with landing pages and CRO (not just ads)
* Understanding of different funnel types (PDPs, advertorials, direct response pages)
* Highly proactive with a strong bias for action
* Comfortable working with data and making decisions quickly
* Strong desire to improve, learn, and master performance marketing

Technical & Tools

* Comfortable building and editing landing pages (Shopify, WordPress or similar)
* Strong working knowledge of Google Ads platform and tracking
* Familiar with analytics tools (GA4, tracking platforms, etc.)
* Actively using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve workflow and output

* Campaigns are consistently improving through structured testing
* Winning funnels are identified and scaled
* Conversion rates improve over time
* New ideas are tested quickly and systematically
* Paid search becomes a reliable, scalable growth channel
