SEN Support Staff Primary Schools (Supply Work)

Pay: Daily rate (weekly pay)
Start: Immediate / Ongoing
We are a small, independent supply agency working closely with a number of primary schools, providing high-quality support staff to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
We are currently seeking dedicated, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Roles vary across one-to-one support, small group interventions, and work within SEN hubs and specialist provisions.
About the Role:
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs in primary school settings
* Providing 1:1 support, small group work, or classroom-based assistance
* Working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to support learning and development
* Flexible supply work across our partner schools
* Opportunities for long-term placements and temp-to-perm roles
What Were Looking For:
* Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge or understanding of SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH)
* Transferable skills from care, youth work, coaching, tutoring or similar roles are welcome
* A patient, supportive and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply we can assist with this)
* Minimum of two professional xsngvjr references covering the last two years
* Eligibility to work in the UK
