Job Summary:
This individual will proactively manage the workflow and lifecycle of an assigned book of business. They will serve as the primary client relationship manager, responsible for account servicing and maintenance for new and existing Commercial Lines clients. This person will be the day-to-day contact for clients, handling policy changes, inquiries, renewals, and billing. The role strictly adheres to our Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines outlined in our Professional Procedure Manual.
This position offers flexibility regarding office location, which could be in any of our offices throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. A hybrid/remote schedule is also possible.
What You Bring to the Table:
* 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, preferably at an agency.
* Producer License is mandatory.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
* Expertise in Commercial Lines coverage and terminology.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a changing environment.
* Ability to work well in a team setting.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, or related are preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office products.
