Services include SFS, rainscreen cladding, EWI, recladding, remediation works, as well as heritage and restoration. Projects are delivered across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, and education. Key ResponsibilitiesQuantity Surveying / Commercial Support * Support senior commercial staff in the management of projects from award through to final account * Assist in the preparation of monthly valuations and applications for payment * Monitor, assess, and track variations, ensuring accurate records are maintained * Attend site as required to review progress, measure works, and support reporting * Maintain subcontractor orders, payment trackers, budgets, and cost records * Assist with general commercial administration across assigned projects * Support project teams with procurement, order placement, and value engineering options * Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future opportunities Estimating * Support preparation for and attendance at estimating meetings, providing updates on live tenders * Carry out take-offs and measurements from d...
