A global insurer is building a new regional trading branch in Cardiff for network brokers, and they're looking for experienced Property & Casualty Underwriters to be part of the founding team. What You'll Be Doing:
* Analyse and underwrite existing P&C business while building strong broker and customer relationships
* Deliver exceptional service by providing timely, high-quality underwriting solutions tailored to customer needs
* Drive strong underwriting results across the portfolio while taking ownership of your workload and supporting colleagues
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to smarter, more efficient ways of working
Qualifications:
* Solid experience in Property and Casualty underwriting with strong technical decision-making ability
* Excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and confidence in building stakeholder relationships
* Detail-oriented team player with strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
