Could you be the Care Manager in Croydon & Sutton we're looking for?
Our Care Managers are passionate about helping others enjoy life to the fullest. You’ll oversee the daily operations of the Radfield Home Care service in Croydon & Sutton, promote a positive working environment, maintain standards, and ensure quality care.
You enjoy a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You have experience in recruiting, managing, and developing a team, with previous experience in home care preferred.
A full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential. Please note that we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
Previous roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, or deputy manager are also relevant.
