Role: Head of Digital Learning
As Head of Digital Learning, you will innovate and implement best practice approaches in the use of digital learning technologies to support the digital development offer for colleagues across HSE. You will work strategically with key stakeholders to identify the best uses of digital technology and to improve the experience of colleagues engaging with a newly launched Learning Management System (LMS).
You will provide strategic direction to a team of L&D specialists and supporting administrative functions, working in consultation with wider divisional areas to respond to organisational L&D needs. As a recognised expert, you will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all digital learning workstreams, contributing to innovation that influences change and the advancement of digital and blended learning and development.
The role carries significant leadership responsibilities, including evolving a Digital Learning Strategy aligned with organisational learning priorities. You will demonstrate professionalism and integrity, leading your team to develop a high-quality blended learning offer for colleagues.
Working autonomously, you will identify synergies with divisional areas such as training, IT, and finance to develop and lead digital learning initiatives. With expert knowledge of digital learning, you will provide innovative solutions to challenges, mitigating potential risks through your insight and experience.
