Location: Montrose
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Office-based during training, with hybrid working available once trained
£14 per hour, paid weekly
About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and organised Secretary to join our clients Montrose team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting day-to-day office operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing petty cash and financial records
Minute taking during meetings
Raising purchase orders (POs)
Updating internal systems and databases
Document management and filing
Providing in-person and telephone customer service
Handling confidential data with discretionWhat We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable working with confidential information
