Summary
During the training programme, employees will be trained and gain experience in the setup and operation of all machinery and involvement in product changeovers production packaging. You will be operating filling machines, counterbalance forklift trucks and many more different types of machinery / equipment.

£15,311.40 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
During the training programme, employees will be trained and gain experience in the set up and operation of all machinery. Once trained the role will involve:
* Operation of filling machines
* Operating container washing equipment
* Operating counterbalance forklift trucks
* Operating floor cleaning equipment
* Use of SAP system
* Involvement in CI and 5S initiatives
