Overview
We’re looking for an Account Manager who is motivated by the quality and integrity of the work they help deliver and is keen to develop their strategic thinking skills.
The correct person will support the delivery of brand strategy and creative projects, ensuring work is well-briefed, thoughtfully managed and reviewed against the original objectives. They will add a layer of consideration and reflection to projects, making sure all work is of the highest quality before it “leaves the door”.
The role is well suited to someone who is moving beyond purely project-based account management and wants to deepen their understanding of brand strategy.
What you’d be responsible for…
Account & Project Management
* Manage day-to-day activity across assigned accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief.
* Support the Account Director in the planning and delivery of brand positioning, purpose and identity projects.
* Maintain clear documentation, timelines and scopes in collaboration with internal teams.
Strategic Support
* Develop a working understanding of each client’s brand, market context and objectives.
* Contribute to briefing processes by helping translate strategic direction into clear, usable briefs.
* Review work-in-progress against the brief and agreed strategy, flagging issues or misalignment to senior team members.
* Participate in internal reviews and reflections.
Client Communication
* Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, managing communications.
* Developing relationships with core clients, to aid in key business development.
* Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
* Support client discussions by clearly articulating the rationale behind creative and strategic decisions, with guidance from senior colleagues.
Creative Delivery & Quality
* Coordinate creative development across creative teams / studio.
* Ensure feedback is clearly captured, structured and aligned to the brief.
* Help maintain quality and consistency across deliverables by reviewing work against agreed objectives before sharing externally.
Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with Strategy, Creative and Design teams to support alignment and smooth delivery.
* Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
* Contribute to improving ways of working through observation and feedback.
Experience & Capabilities
Essential
* Experience within a creative, brand or advertising agency or in-house marketing team (2–4+ years).
* Interest in brand strategy, positioning and identity development.
* Ability to think critically about work and ask informed questions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
* Experience supporting brand or identity-led projects.
* Exposure to strategy or planning processes.
* Experience working with mid-level client stakeholders.
* Experience working with internal or external production partners.

* Is moving beyond task-based delivery and wants to develop stronger strategic judgement.
* Takes time to review and reflect on work before it is delivered.
* Understands their role in protecting the integrity of the brief, even when working under direction.
* Is confident enough to raise questions, but comfortable working independently with guidance and support.
