This 12-month contract runs until April 2027 and is perfect for someone who loves guiding junior talent while staying close to legal work themselves. The Role Lead a team of Paralegals and Apprentices, providing day-to-day supervision, support and coaching Oversee training, performance development, and quality assurance Allocate work and help manage team resources Carry out some fee-earning tasks to stay hands-on and support busy periods Work closely with early talent teams and training providers to support Solicitor Apprentices Hybrid working: minimum 2 days a week in the Bristol officeAbout the Team You’ll join a busy legal support team working across multiple practice areas, mainly within insurance litigation.
